Interpretation of New Policy on Talent Development in the New Energy Sector by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security

The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, in collaboration with the National Energy Administration, has issued guidelines on strengthening skills training for talent in the new energy sector to support industry development.
The new policy clarifies the directory of urgently needed talents in the new energy sector, proposes establishing a mechanism for industry-education integration to cultivate professionals, and encourages enterprises to participate in defining vocational skill standards. The policy will significantly advance talent development in wind power, photovoltaics, and energy storage.
